1. What Is Aspire Elite?
An exclusive, limited member, 1-1 physician directed health optimization service featuring comprehensive diagnostic testing, a specific custom long term treatment plan including hormone and peptide therapy with the goal of improving our patient's overall health, body composition, while maximizing cognitive function and longevity.
2. Why Chose Aspire Elite?
Many tele-health companies exist but few treat each patient as an individual. At Aspire Elite, Dr. Chris Van Smith will personally direct your patient care to reach your health and fitness goals. He will temain in regular contact, discuss your progress and adjust your protocol to ensure the optimal outcomes.
3. What is the process?
We begin every patient onboard with a thorough physician consultation including medical history, current diet and training protocols, patient goals for overall health fitness and longevity. Then a battery of diagnostic tests including customized blood panels, a Dexa body composition scan and other tests such as VO2 Max depending on patient goals. The doctor will then review all of the results in conjunction with the details from the consultation to develop a custom protocol for each unique patient. Once on the protocol, we will maintain contact, monitor progress, adjust the protocol as needed and continue to measure outcomes with follow up testing and consultations.
4. What is the difference between Aspire Elite VIP and Ultimate?
The VIP package includes diagnostic testing costs, consultations, ongoing monitoring and a 10% discount on all medications.
The Ultimate package is a true concierge experience. Dr. Chris is available 7 days a week for all things related to your protocol, but goes well above and beyond. Whether you are looking for a referral to a specialist, are feeling sick and need a prescription for something such as a z-pack, need a physician note for any reason, have general health questions, have an emergency or anything health and medical related.
